Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns + Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for any purchase that was sent without the customer adding tracking. If untracked shipments are not received that is not cause for a refund. Tracked shipments that are not received may be refunded based on the decision of the business but the customer must contact 3DBeadBee within 60 days of purchase.
